Miterless Wood Post Caps

This is a slip-over, miterless wood pyramid cap. Our wood trim caps are made from a solid block, creating a unique “miterless” design (patent pending). Removing the miter joints has solved the problem of post caps splitting at the corners. By making the cap out of one solid piece of wood we have eliminated the need for any glue or staples to hold the cap together. All caps are made of the finest outdoor wood, Teak, This model fits over a 4 x 4 post measuring 3 ½ or 3 5/8” square.
